Sharon grew up in Dallas, Texas and graduated from Baylor University with a B.S. in Education with a specialty in Speech Pathology. Her heart for ministry started in college when she began volunteering and training with Young Life. While attending Dallas Theological Seminary Sharon went on full-time staff with Young Life for several years. Sharon currently serves as the Women's Ministry Director and Life Care Director at Woodcreek Church in Richardson, Texas, where she has been on staff for 9 years. She has two children, Michael, a junior at Texas A&M and Katie, a junior at Berkner High School.
