Dipa has been serving as the Assistant Director of Spiritual Formation and Leadership at Dallas Theological Seminary since 2005. She provides on-going spiritual and professional direction for students through the Seminary's spiritual formation program and through their field education experiences. She has degrees from Dallas Theological Seminary and the University of Texas at Austin.

Her and her husband, Nathan, live in Richardson with their beloved Chocolate Labrador Retriever, Chai, and are members of Northwest Bible Church.
