Cynthia Hester serves as a passionate advocate for women in ministry. She teaches, disciples, and coaches women to know and love Jesus, and to understand how they are gifted and tailor-made by God for God. She especially loves to develop, equip and coach women leaders. Cynthia has held many leadership positions in the workplace, non-profit ministries, and faith-based
ministries. During her tenure, at a Bible church, as the leader of Women’s Ministries, she felt led to pursue formal equipping at Dallas Theological Seminary, and graduated with a MACE in Educational Leadership. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Ministry at DTS. During this season, she gained much needed clarity that God did not made a mistake when he created a six-foot, one-inch tall woman and gifted her in leadership. She is no longer a “reluctant” leader, but walks tall as a bold leader in God’s service!
Cynthia married Lindsey, her college sweetheart, and they live in Weatherford. They have two grown sons and a daughter-in- law. Her favorite things include travel—especially to a beach, reading, family time, conversing about ideas, and baking anything chocolate.
