Becca joined the staff of Valley Creek Church as Nursery Preschool Pastor in 2006 and became the Connections Pastor in October 2009. Prior to joining the Valley Creek team, she spent 16 years with American Airlines. Becca has a business degree from the University of North Texas and is the founder of an employee-based parenting support network whose purpose is to raise awareness of family-friendly work environments. Becca and her husband, Stu, have two children.
